How We Address Common Issues

Booking and Reservation Policy

All services are by appointment only and can be booked via phone or through our website’s online booking portal. A credit card is required to book all services and hold your scheduled appointment time. Your card is kept on file and will only be charged after spa service is performed or under cancellation or no-show policy violation.

Cancellation Policy

At The Skin Mage Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you be courteous and cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours before your scheduled service to avoid the short notice or cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel after the 24 hour grace period, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit/debit card. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel, you will be charged in 50% of the service cost. Please be kind and courteous and cancel or reschedule 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged.

No-Show Policy

If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service(s) price.

Late Arrivals

Plan to arrive at the Spa 10 minutes prior to your treatment time and check-in no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. In the event you are late, we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged in full for the service you booked not the cut time of the service. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.

Please understand that these policies are put in place for our protection of time and effort. It is unfair to punctual clients and the esthetician. We want to let you know that we are not trying to be harsh! Quite a bit of preparation goes into each appointment. This requires staff, time and product, all of which cost money. When a client fails to show up, all that preparation is wasted. It cannot just be used on another client. We love helping our clients look and feel their best. That becomes difficult if we are losing money on clients who fail to show up or cancel last minute, which is a clear disregard for our policies, time, and setup to provide you a memorable service. Gift Card Policy

All gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
